(a) Appointment and Duties. There is hereby established the position of Community Center Supervisor, who shall be appointed by the Recreation Director and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
The Community Center Supervisor shall perform such duties as the Director of Recreation shall assign.

(b) Compensation. Compensation for the Community Center Supervisor shall be fixed by Council.
(c) Clothing Allowance.
(1) Commencing January 1, 1983, there is created a clothing allowance of two hundred dollars ($200.00) per year for a twelve month period, through City purchase orders, for the Community Center Supervisor.
(2) The City reserves the right to designate the type of uniforms as well as the source of such purchase.
