(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of athletic program instructors, who shall be appointed by the Recreation Director and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) Compensation. Compensation for athletic program instructors shall be fixed by Council.
(c) Duties. The duties of the athletic program instructors shall be to provide instructions in the fields in which they are qualified and such other duties assigned by their superiors.
