(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of assistant arts and crafts instructors, who shall be appointed by the Recreation Director and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) Compensation. Compensation for assistant arts and crafts instructors shall be fixed by Council.
(c) Duties. The duties of assistant arts and crafts instructors shall be to provide instruction in the fields in which they are qualified, assist the arts and crafts instructors and such other duties assigned by their superiors.
