(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of arts and crafts instructors, who shall be appointed by the Recreation Director and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) Compensation. Compensation for arts and crafts instructors shall be fixed by Council.
(c) Duties. The duties of arts and crafts instructors shall be to provide instructions in the fields in which they are qualified and such other duties assigned by their superiors.
