(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of roving supervisors who shall be appointed by the Recreation Director and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) Compensation. Compensation for roving supervisors shall be fixed by Council.
(c) Duties. The duties of roving supervisors shall be to supervise employees, have all areas set up for their activities, handle discipline problems, check security of the building lock-up and any other duties assigned by their superiors.
