(a) The Director of Recreation is hereby authorized to employ supervisors as required, to supervise and assist in handling the recreation program of the City for the summer season such supervisors shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) Compensation for playground supervisors shall be fixed by Council.
(c) There shall be a supervisor in attendance at each wading pool in the City, and if there is a playground attached to such wading pool, then there shall be a separate supervisor for such playground.
