147.07 ASSISTANT CLERK.

(a) Establishment. There is hereby established within the Recreation Department the position of Assistant Clerk. Such Assistant Clerk shall be appointed by the Recreation Director and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) Compensation. Compensation for the Assistant Clerk shall be fixed by Council.

(c) Duties. The Assistant Clerk shall perform such duties as are assigned by the Director of Recreation. (Ord. 4304-1972. Passed 11-6-72.)
