(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of Secretary to the Recreation Director who shall be appointed by the Recreation Director and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.

(b) Compensation. Compensation for the Secretary to the Recreation Director shall be fixed by Council.

(c) Duties. The duties of the Secretary to the Recreation Director shall be such as set by the Recreation Director.
