147.03 SUBMISSION OF BUDGET ESTIMATE.

The Recreation Board shall submit an estimate of contemplated revenue and expenditures for the ensuing fiscal year to the Mayor and file the same before June 1, pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 5705.28.
