147.02 RECREATION DIRECTOR.

   (a)   Creation. There is hereby created the position of Recreation Director for the City.

   (b)   Appointment and Duties. The Director of Recreation shall be appointed in accordance with Section 10.01 of the City Charter. The Director of Recreation shall perform such duties as prescribed by Section 10.02 of the City Charter.

   (c)   Compensation. Compensation for the Recreation Director shall be fixed by Council.
