147.01 ADVISORY PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION.

(a) Charter Provisions. Section 11.05 of the City Charter contains provisions relative to the creation, membership, term of office, powers and duties, and administration of the Advisory Parks and Recreation Commission, and its members.

(b) Compensation.

(1) Compensation of the Advisory Parks and Recreation Commission members shall be fixed by Council.

(2) Compensation for the Commissioners of Parks and Playgrounds shall be fixed by Council.
