(a) Establishment. There is hereby established two part-time assistant custodians in the Division of Public Properties, who shall be appointed by the Mayor, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
(b) Duties. The part-time assistant custodians shall perform such duties as the Director of Public Service shall assign to such position under the supervision of the Superintendent of Maintenance of Public Properties.
(c) Compensation. Compensation for the part-time assistant custodians shall be fixed by Council.
