(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of two custodians in the Division of Public Properties, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
(b) Duties. Custodians appointed under the provisions of this section shall perform such duties as the Director of Public Service and/or the Superintendent of Maintenance of Public Properties shall assign and prescribe for such position.
(c) Compensation. Compensation of custodians in the Division of Public Properties shall be fixed by Council.
