(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the positions of four maintenance personnel in the Division of Public Properties, who shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and under the direction of the Director of Public Service and/or the Superintendent of Maintenance of Public Properties.
(b) Duties. Maintenance personnel shall be responsible for the maintenance of all heating systems, traffic signals and flasher signalization, boilers, roofing, electric and all work appurtenant thereto in maintaining all City-owned buildings and properties, or other duties prescribed by the Director of Public Service or the Superintendent of Maintenance of Public Properties.
(c) Compensation. Compensation for the Maintenance personnel in the Division of Public Properties shall be fixed by Council.
