146.02 COMPOSITION.

The Division of Public Properties shall be composed of a Superintendent of Maintenance of Public Properties, a Supervisor of Public Grounds, Wastewater Treatment Plant personnel, Maintenance personnel, City Custodians and Stationary Fireman, all employed for the maintenance of public buildings and lands.
