(a) Appointment and Term. There is hereby created the position of Shop Dispatcher, who shall be appointed by the Mayor, and serve under the direction of the Director of Public Service.
(b) Compensation. Commencing from the date of passage of this section and thereafter until duly changed, the compensation for Shop Dispatcher shall be fixed by Council.
(c) Duties. It shall be the duty of the Shop Dispatcher to dispatch service department vehicles, and any other duties as shall from time to time be assigned by said Director of Public Service.
