(a) Appointment and Term. There is hereby created the position of Assistant Service Director, who shall be appointed by the Director of Public Service and shall serve at the will of the Director of Public Service.
(b) Compensation. Compensation for the Assistant Service Director shall be fixed by Council.
(c) Duties. An Assistant Service Director appointed under the provisions of this section shall perform such duties as the Director of Public Service shall assign and prescribe for the position.
