141.17 CONTINUING TRAINING PROGRAM FUND.

(a) There is hereby established the Continuing Training Program Fund as a special revenue fund of the city known as Fund No. 275 to receive any and all reimbursements for the cost of continuing professional training of each police officer in the Police Department.

(b) The funds received from the State of Ohio in connection with the reimbursement of the cost of continuing professional training for police officers shall be placed in the Continuing Training Program Fund.
