(a) There is hereby established a rate of eighty dollars ($80.00) per day for the use of the Brook Park Jail facilities in the housing of prisoners by other governmental entities.
(b) The Chief of Police or any administrative personnel of the Police Department shall keep an accurate record of the use of the Brook Park Jail facilities by other governmental entities, and shall promptly invoice the governmental entity using such facilities, and shall send a carbon copy thereof to the Finance Director of the City of Brook Park.
(c) The City Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to accept any and all moneys for the use of the Brook Park Jail Facilities, to be deposited in the General Fund.
