141.13 EMERGENCY RESPONSE OUTSIDE CORPORATE LIMIT'S.

(a) In accordance with Ohio R.C. 737.041, Council hereby grants authority to the Police Department to render its services to another municipal or political subdivision in times of emergency.

(b) The Director of Public Safety, or the Chief of Police, may order and authorize such emergency police service to be furnished to another community or political subdivision in times of emergency.
