(a) Compensation. Compensation for Police Department personnel shall be fixed by Council.
(b) Cost of Living Allowance. (EDITOR'S NOTE: Former subsection (b) was repealed by Ordinance 6640-1985, passed February 19, 1985.)
(c) Insurance. All full-time members of the Police Department shall be entitled to false arrest insurance and a ten thousand dollar ($10,000) life insurance policy to be paid by the City.
