138.05 CLOTHING ALLOWANCE.

   Commencing January 1, 1991, there is hereby provided a clothing allowance for City Animal Wardens, payable in the following manner:

   (a)   Full-Time Animal Warden.

         $500.00 annually, to be paid as follows:

            $150.00 for uniform maintenance, July 1.

            $100.00 for uniform maintenance, December 1.

            $250.00 to be purchased through standard City purchase orders.
