137.10 RECREATION CENTER CONCESSION STAND FUND.

Subject to the approval of the State Auditor, there is hereby established a special fund of the City which shall be called the Recreation Center Concession Stand Fund and which shall be separate and distinct from the City's General Revenue Fund.
