(a) The City hereby adopts and implements the provisions and procedures set forth in Ohio R.C. 3929.86 particularly paragraphs (C) and (D) thereof, providing for the transfer and receipt of portions of fire insurance proceeds as set forth in such section.
(b) The Director of Finance is hereby designated as the officer of the City to carry out the duties under Ohio R.C. 3929.86.
(c) The Clerk of Council shall forward a certified copy of this section to the Superintendent of Insurance, State of Ohio, as provided for in Ohio R.C. 3929.86(C).
