137.05 FINANCIAL ANALYST.
   (a)   Appointment. There is hereby established the position of one Financial Analyst in the Finance Department. The Financial Analyst shall be appointed by the Finance Director, and shall serve under the direction of the Finance Director.
   (b)   Qualifications. A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Business or Finance from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two years experience in governmental, public or corporate accounting; or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
   (c)   Duties. The duties of the Financial Analyst are those that shall be assigned to the Financial Analyst by the Director of Finance or his or her assistant.
   (d)    Compensation. Compensation of the Financial Analyst shall be forty-five thousand one hundred five dollars ($45,105.00) and shall thereafter be fixed by Council.
