(a) Establishment. There is hereby established the position of an Assistant Law Director-Classification No. 3.
(b) Duties and Hours. The duties of such Assistant Law Director-Classification No. 3 are those duties that shall be assigned by the Director of Law. Assistant Law-Director Classification No. 3 is a full-time position commencing July 24, 2000.
(c) Compensation. Compensation for the Assistant Law Director-Classification No. 3 shall be thirty thousand six hundred eighty dollars ($30,680) for the calendar year 2000, thirty-one thousand five hundred ninety-five dollars and twenty cents ($31.595.20) for the calendar year 2001, with all benefits afforded to all full-time employees of the City, and thereafter the compensation shall be fixed by Council.
