132.02 COMPOSITION.

   The Board of Control shall be composed of five voting members as follows:

   (a)   The Mayor, who shall serve as the Chairman;

   (b)   The Chairman of the Council Finance Committee;

   (c)   The Finance Director; and

   (d)   The Director of Public Service and the Director of Public Safety.
