131.10 SECRETARY TO THE OFFICE OF AGING.
   (a)   Establishment. There is hereby established the position of one Secretary to the Office of Aging.
   (b)   Duties. The Secretary to the Office of Aging shall coordinate city senior services, including, but not limited to the grass-cutting program, the snow removal program and senior transportation service, and perform any other such duties as may be assigned by the Mayor.
   (c)   Compensation. Compensation of the Secretary to the Office of Aging shall be fixed by Council.
