131.07 ASSISTANT OFFICE CLERK.
   (a)   Position. There is hereby created the position of Assistant Office Clerk for the City. Compensation for such position shall be set forth in the salary ordinance schedule.
    (b)   Duties. The duties of the Assistant Office Clerk shall be those assigned by the Mayor, and such Clerk shall serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
