131.06 TEMPORARY CLERICAL HELP.

(a) The Mayor is authorized to employ, from time to time as he deems necessary, temporary stenographic and clerical help to assist him in carrying out the essential work of his office.

(b) Compensation for temporary clerical help shall be fixed by Council for the hours actually worked, such hours to be determined by the Mayor.
