131.02 PETTY CASH FUND.
   (a)   There is hereby created and maintained a Petty Cash Fund in an amount not to exceed one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) per month, which amount the Auditor and Director of Finance shall pay the Mayor, and which shall be used to finance postage and small expenditures.

   (b)   The Mayor shall report monthly all expenditures made from such Fund and the balance in the Fund at the date of such report. The monthly report shall be submitted at the first meeting, of Council, each month, for the month preceding.
