121.08 ASSISTANT CLERKS OF COUNCIL.
   (a)   Appointment and Duties. Effective January 7, 1992, there is hereby created the position of two part-time Assistant Clerks of Council who shall be appointed by Council and shall serve at the pleasure of Council.
   The Assistant Clerks of Council shall perform such duties as Council shall assign under the supervision of the Clerk of Council and/or the Administrator of Council. Working hours of each individual Assistant Clerk of Council shall be determined by the Administrator of Council, but under no circumstance shall any Assistant Clerks of Council be allowed to work more than thirty-nine hours per week.
   (b)   Compensation. Compensation for the Assistant Clerks of Council shall be fixed by Council.
