121.03 ASSISTANT CLERK OF COUNCIL.
   (a)   Appointment and Duties. Effective January 1, 1973, there is hereby created the position of Assistant Clerk of Council who shall be appointed by Council and shall serve at the pleasure of Council.
   The Assistant Clerk of Council shall perform such duties as Council shall assign under the supervision of the Clerk of Council and/or the President of Council.

   (b)   Compensation. Compensation for the Assistant Clerk of Council shall be fixed by Council.
