105.03 WARD TWO BOUNDARIES.

   The boundaries of Ward Two are fixed as follows:

   Situated in the City of Brook Park, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio and is further bounded and described as follows:

   Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Snow Road and the centerline of Smith Road;

   Course 1   Thence southerly, along the centerline of Smith Road, to the intersection with the centerline of Sylvia Drive;

   Course 2   Thence easterly, along the centerline of Sylvia Drive, to the intersection with the centerline of Michael Drive;

   Course 3   Thence southwesterly, along the centerline of Michael Drive, to the intersection with the Holland Drive, also known as the southwesterly corner of Census Block 2000 in Census Tract 1381.09 from the 2020 Census;

   Course 4   Thence easterly, along the southerly boundary of Census Block 2000 in Census Tract 1381.09, to an angle point;

   Course 5   Thence southwesterly, along northwesterly boundary of Census Block 1003 in Census Tract 1381.10 from the 2020 Census, to an angle point;

   Course 6   Thence northerly, along the centerline of Smith Road, also known as the westerly corporation line for the City of Brook Park and the easterly corporation line for the City of Middleburgh Heights, to the intersection with the centerline of Sheldon Road;

   Course 7   Thence westerly, along the centerline of Sheldon Road, also known as the southerly corporation line for the City of Brook Park and the northerly corporation line for the City of Middleburgh Heights, to the intersection with the centerline of Fry Road;

   Course 8   Thence northerly, along the centerline of Fry Road, to the intersection with the centerline of Southway Drive;

   Course 9   Thence westerly, along the centerline of Southway Drive, to the intersection with the centerline of Delores Boulevard;

   Course 10   Thence northerly, along the centerline of Delores Boulevard, to the intersection with the centerline of Holland Road;

   Course 11   Thence westerly, along the centerline of Holland Road, to the intersection with the centerline of Engle Road;

   Course 12   Thence northerly, along the centerline of Engle Road, to the intersection with the centerline of Snow Road;

   Course 13   Thence westerly, along the centerline of Snow Road, to the place of beginning as determined for use in the City of Brook Park Ward purposes.
