Pursuant to Section 16.07 of the Charter, the four wards of the City as they presently exist are hereby redivided into four wards. The four wards are hereby created and established in this Municipality and the boundaries thereof shall be as are set forth in this chapter, which boundaries are so fixed into as nearly equally populated wards as practicable using existing corporate limits.
