SECTION 7.05 FINANCE CLERKS IN THE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE.
   All finance clerks, established by ordinance and budgeted by the City Council, shall be appointed by the Director of Finance, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Director of Finance.
