There is hereby established the position of Assistant Director of Finance, who shall be appointed by the Director of Finance. The Assistant Director of Finance shall perform such duties as are assigned by the Director of Finance in carrying out the provisions of this Charter, and shall serve at the pleasure of the Director of Finance.
In the absence of the Director of Finance, the Assistant Director of Finance shall perform the duties of the Director.
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance from an accredited college or university and a minimum of two (2) years experience in governmental, public or corporate accounting shall be required for this position.
