§ 151.38 ADMINISTRATIVE APPEAL; JUDICIAL REVIEW.

(A) Final decisions of the Administrator under this chapter shall be subject to review by the Council, provided an appeal is filed within 30 days from the date of any written decision by the Administrator.

(B) Final decisions of the Council under this chapter shall be subject to review by the County Circuit Court, provided an appeal de novo is filed within 30 days from the date of the final written decision.
