§ 151.01 PURPOSE.

The purpose of this chapter is to conserve the land, water, air and other natural resources of the town and to promote the public health and welfare of the people in the town by establishing requirements for the control of erosion and sedimentation, and by establishing procedures for the administration and enforcement of these controls.
