The building official, Fire Chief or Chief of Police shall have the right at any reasonable time to enter into or upon any building, not at the time used as a dwelling house, or any premises, within the corporate limits, for the examination as to combustible material or inflammable conditions in any building or upon the premises. Whenever any combustible material or inflammable condition, dangerous to the safety of the building or premises, is found, the same shall be ordered removed or remedied within a reasonable time to be fixed by order of the Mayor or building official, Fire Chief or Chief of Police.
