§ 93.01 PROHIBITED ACTS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to make, continue, or cause to be made or continued any loud or unusual noise or any noise which disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, health, peace and safety of others within the town.

(B) Any person who violates this section shall, upon conviction, be deemed guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
