§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Unless specified in this section, violations comprising misdemeanor classifications are identified in individual sections of this chapter.
   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 93.15 through 93.22 shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor.
