§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which no penalty is provided shall be subject to the terms of § 10.99.
   (B)   Unless specified in this section, violations comprising misdemeanor classifications are identified in individual sections of this chapter.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 92.15 through 92.19 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, be punished by confinement in jail not to exceed 12 months, or by a fine not exceeding $1,000, or both the fine and imprisonment.
