§ 92.19 INAPPLICABLE TO CERTAIN FIREWORKS; SUCH FIREWORKS TO BE USED ONLY ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
   (A)   This subchapter shall not apply to the use or the sale of sparklers, fountains, Pharaoh’s serpents, caps for pistols, or to pinwheels commonly known as whirligigs or spinning jennies.
   (B)   The fireworks listed in division (A) of this section may only be used, ignited or exploded on private property with the consent of the owner of the property.
