§ 52.06 PERMIT REQUIRED FOR CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE OR REPAIR OF WATER SYSTEM.
   It is unlawful for any person to construct, maintain or repair a water system in the town without first obtaining a permit from the County Health Department.
