A permittee shall have a copy of the excavation permit on the jobsite at all times. A permittee shall be responsible for the condition of all repairs. All work shall be performed in compliance with all applicable provisions of I.C. 8-1-26, incorporated herein by reference. Work shall not begin until all facilities have been properly located and marked pursuant to I.C. 8-1-26-18. A permittee shall be responsible for safely monitoring traffic in and around the worksite, at all times, and shall consult with the Town Marshal about all matters related to traffic control.
