351.16 OVERNIGHT WINTER PARKING; SNOW EMERGENCIES.
   (a)   The term “Motor Vehicle”, as used in this section shall be construed to include automobiles and all other vehicles propelled otherwise than by muscular power.
   (b)   Beginning with the first day of November of each year and ending with the last day of March of the following year, it shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any motor vehicle to park said vehicle on any public street within the City of Brooklyn between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m.
   (c)   It shall be unlawful for the owner or operator of any motor vehicle to park said vehicle on any public street within the City of Brooklyn at any time within twenty-four (24) hours after a snowfall of two inches (2") or more has occurred.
   (d)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisoned in the City jail for not more than ten (10) days, or both. (Ord. 1968-55. Passed 10-14-68.)
