351.14 WILLFULLY LEAVING VEHICLES ON PRIVATE OR PUBLIC PROPERTY; MAXIMUM CONSECUTIVE HOURS.
   (a)   No person shall willfully leave any vehicle or an "abandoned junk motor vehicle" as defined in Ohio R.C. 4513.63 on private property without the permission of the person having the right to the possession of the property, or on a public street or other property open to the public for purposes of vehicular travel or parking, or upon or within the right of way of any road or highway, or upon the berm of the highway, for eight consecutive hours or longer.
For purposes of this section, the fact that a vehicle has been so left without permission or notification is prima-facie evidence of abandonment. Nothing contained in this section shall invalidate the provisions of other ordinances regulating or prohibiting the abandonment of motor vehicles on streets, highways, public property or private property within the Municipality.
(Ord. 2000-11. Passed 3-27-00.)
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall also be assessed any costs incurred by the Municipality in disposing of such vehicle or abandoned junk motor vehicle, less any money accruing to the Municipality from such disposal.
   (c)   No person shall stand or park a motor vehicle on any street, highway or alley within the City for a period in excess of ninety-six consecutive hours.
(Ord. 1961-14. Passed 3-13-61.)
