(a) A right turn against a steady red signal is prohibited at the following intersections under the following conditions:
(1) A right turn against a steady red signal is prohibited on school days between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 1 p.m.to 4 p.m. at the following intersections:
A. Ridge Road and West 66th Street;
B. Ridge Road and Biddulph;
C. Biddulph and Roadoan Road; and
D. Biddulph and Southwood.
(2) A right turn against a steady red signal is prohibited at the following intersection: Memphis and Roadoan Road/Westbrook Drive.
(b) This section shall be effective as of August 1, 2016, and signs giving notice of the prohibitions herein provided for shall be posted at the intersections."
