311.05 OPERATION OF BICYCLES, MOTORIZED BICYCLES, MOTORCYCLES, AND SKATEBOARDS IN THE COMMONS OF RIDGE AND BIDDULPH.

No person shall operate a bicycle, motorized bicycle, motorcycle, or skateboard in or through the Commons at Ridge and Biddulph. He shall, before entering the Commons, dismount and proceed on foot.
